There are about 3 levels of customers that dabble in the car wash industry.
Those who want a cheap and quickly cleaned car.
Those who want a convenient and professional service to keep their car clean because they have a busy life because of kids, work, or both.
Those who really care about their vehicle and want the best service no matter the cost to keep their vehicle clean and protected. They don’t mind dropping their vehicle off at a shop.
Clarity Car Washing deals mostly with the 2nd level of customers. However, with our new express wash service, we now work with level 1 customers. Because of our professionalism and reliable service we also get the 3rd level of customers for maintaining their vehicle.
For the most part, people fall into levels 1 and 2. These are people who can afford between $50-200 per month to maintain their vehicle’s cleanliness. They use their vehicles a lot for commuting to work and family life activities so their vehicle/s get dirty fairly quickly and they want a clean vehicle but simply don’t have the time. So little time that even taking their car to the self-service washes is too out of the way.
This is exactly why mobile detailing and washing is growing. As productivity in America continues to grow, we are more strapped for time. We have a level of cleanliness and hygiene we all would like to maintain and the only way for people to do this is with mobile services.
