Each Service’s Step-by-Step Process:

Clarity Wash:

approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the vehicle

1. We first rinse off the vehicle with deionized spot-free water.

2. We then coat the vehicle in pH-neutral car wash shampoo which will start to safely dissolve the dirt and contaminants on the vehicle.

3. While the car wash shampoo is working, we begin to clean the wheels and tires using powerful yet safe degreasing soap to remove all contaminants from the wheel barrel, wheel wells, lug nut holes, and the face of the wheel.

4. After cleaning the wheels, we then wash the car with Chemical Guy’s Microfiber Wash Mitt’s making sure to remove contaminants from every inch of the exterior.

5. We then do a final rinse of the vehicle.

6. Then we hand dry the vehicle with large microfiber towels. We also blow out crevices with a leafblower to ensure the vehicle is dry.

7. We then apply a no-sling tire shine for a satin finish.

8. We then move to the interior where we vacuum the carpets, floor, seats, and crevices of the vehicle.

   • please note that medium to heavy pet hair, sand, or stains will not be able to be removed. For these instances, we recommend the Interior Detail service or heavy pet hair removal add-on service to be able to allow enough time to meet satisfaction. Also, note that results may vary depending on the carpet pile.

9. While vacuuming we wipe down the interior panels and surfaces with a safe diluted isopropanol rubbing alchol to effectively disinfect and clean the interior.

   • please note that heavy grease or sticky residues will not always be able to be removed with a wipe-down service. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

10. After this, we clean the interior of the windows with fresh microfiber towels to a streak-free shine.

11. We then finish the service by cleaning the door jambs and doing a final vacuum to remove loose debris.

12. After this final check of the windows and vehicle, the service is complete and the transaction is completed.

1. We first rinse off the vehicle with deionized spot-free water.

Exterior Detail:

approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the vehicle

1. We inspect the vehicle for scratches and damage prior to service.

2. We start by first rinsing the exterior of the car off with deionized water.

3. We then coat the car with Soap to let the soap break down the dirt on the vehicle while we clean the wheels, tires, and wheel wells.

4. We then rinse the car off again and proceed to clean the car with a Chemical Guys Wash Mitt.

5. We coat the car in soap again.

6. With the soap on the vehicle, we clay bar the exterior with the Mother’s Clay Bar System.

   • This acts as a lint roller to remove contaminants stuck in the clear coat which leaves a smooth finish that makes the protective coating last longer and leaves the car shining significantly more.

7. We then rinse the car off again.

8. We finish the wash and clay bar portion of the service by drying the exterior with Chemical Guys Professional Grade Microfiber Towels. In addition, we blow out water from crevices with a leafblower to ensure the vehicle is dry.

   • Note: We use different microfiber towels for the windows than used for the exterior body of the vehicle and vice versa to prevent streaking and damage to the paint.

9. We then go over the exterior of the body with clean microfiber towels to clean any missed spots with Mothers California Gold Exterior Detailer.

10. We then apply Turtle Wax Graphene Acrylic Tire Dressing and Meguiar’s Hot-Shine Tire Dressing for a deep and long-lasting satin finish

11. We also apply UV shine protectants to the exterior plastic trim and wheel wells to give a deeper and darker black or gray color.

12. We will then inspect the vehicle again for all scratches and measure the thickness of the paint with a NEX Diag Professional Paint Thickness Guage to understand how much polishing is safe for the detail technician to perform and also allows us to be able to give you a report of your vehicles paint condition.

13. After this, we use Oberk’s Supreme Polish to perform a paint enhancement to remove minor scratches and provide a smoother surface so the protective coating will last longer and shine better.

    • Note: During this step, we polish the headlights at no additional charge. Headlight restoration results may vary.

14. We then add the protective coating to the paint, windows, wheels, and door jambs with Griots Garage 3-in-1 Ceramic Hybrid Wax which lasts for up to 6 months and protects against many elements.

15. We proceed to clean the exterior windows with Meguiar’s Glass Cleaner and clean microfiber towels.

16. A 5-minute quality control check is performed to double-check all of the above steps were done correctly and completely.

17. We finish up the service by packing up all supplies and notifying the client of the job completion and we encourage the client to inspect the vehicle to verify their standards were met as well.

18. The transaction is completed by way of cash, credit card in person, or online payment.

Interior Detail:

approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the vehicle

1. We start on the interior by removing all floor mats, trash, or debris.

   • Note: We request all valuables be removed from the vehicle prior to service, and we do not throw away anything unless the client has given their approval to do so.

2. We proceed to vacuum the entire interior including crevices and trunk areas.

3. After vacuuming, we clean the entire door and door jambs, including pockets, cup holders, and crevices with degreasing soap using a soft boar hair brush.

   • We make sure to clean electronic sensitive vehicles by spraying the towels first instead of spraying directly to electronic surfaces or buttons to prevent any damage.

4. Then we use a Mytee Lite Carpet & Upholstery Extractor, drill brushes, a steam cleaner, and a Tornador pulse spray pneumatic cleaning gun to shampoo all carpets, removable carpets or removable rubber floor mats, and upholstery or leather seats. We will perform this action three times on each section of carpet and upholstery.

5. We then do a final pass-through on carpets and upholstery seats with Meguiar’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to add an additional layer of cleanliness and a pleasant scent.

6. We clean and shine vinyl or leather seats with Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner and Conditioner.

7. We then clean the interior dashboard, steering wheel, speedometer/gauge window, visors, navigation screen, air vents, rear-view mirror, glove compartment, and center console, including gear lever/shifter, handbrake, seat belts, cup holders, and inside the center console.

   • Please note that we do not spray into electronic devices directly and instead into a clean microfiber towel in order to prevent damaging any devices.

8. We add UV protectants that add a pleasant shine to all plastic and vinyl materials with Meguiar's Supreme Shine Protectant.

   • We also add UV protectants to rubber floor mats by default but will make a note to not do so if requested by the client.

9. We proceed to clean all interior windows to a streak-free shine.

10. We then do a final vacuum to pick up any leftover debris and reapply protectants where necessary.

11. A 10-minute quality control check is performed to double-check all of the above steps were done correctly and completely.

12. We finish up the service by packing up all supplies and notifying the client of the job completion and we encourage the client to inspect the vehicle to verify their standards were met as well.

13. The transaction is completed by way of cash, credit card in person, or online payment.

Mini-Interior Detail:

approximately 1 to 2 hours

1. Blow out all crevices and surfaces including upholstery and leather with a Tornador pneumatic cleaning tool

2. vacuum carpets and seats as well as crevices

3. wipe down all plastic and vinyl surfaces with degreaser soap

4. Coat/dress all plastic and vinyl surfaces with door dressing or ceramic spray wax (also known as UV protectants).

   • Dressing will gives a deeper shine and protects the surface whereas ceramic spray wax will protect the surface as well, but will not chang the look of the material and will have less of a slick feel.

5. Clean interior windows

Please note: vehicles with excessive amounts of trash to be removed may incur an additional fee. Results may vary per vehicle based on the original condition.

Some vehicles that are in worse condition than others we will recommend an interior detail, but depending on the client, they might want to choose the mini-interior detail for their specific situation so we want to give a good example of what you can expect. Remember, results may vary. Pet hair, sand, and stains are not typically going to be able to be removed with a mini-interior detail, but the results can still be dramatic. Here is a set of before and after results to give you a better idea of what to expect for your vehicle.

Paint Correction:

approximately 8-16 hours depending on the severity of paint defects and the size of the vehicle

1. We inspect the vehicle for scratches and damage prior to service.

2. We fill up 2 buckets, one with clean water, and one with soapy water (2-Bucket method)

3. We spray CarPro Iron Remover to remove iron decontaminants from the paint, wheels, and windows.

4. We start by rinsing the exterior of the car off with deionized water.

5. We then coat the car with Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo to let the soap break down the dirt on the vehicle while we clean the wheels, tires, and wheel wells.

6. We rinse the car off again.

7. We proceed to shampoo the car with a Chemical Guys Wash Mitt.

8. We then coat the car with car wash shampoo again.

9. A clay bar contamination removal is performed on the vehicle.

10. We rinse the car off again.

11. We dry the exterior with Chemical Guys Professional Grade Microfiber Towels.

    • Note: We use different microfiber towels for the windows than used for the exterior body of the vehicle and vice versa to prevent streaking and to protect the paint.

12. Then we go over the exterior of the body with an unused microfiber towel to clean any missed small particles or grime.

13. We then add tire shine and UV protectants to the exterior plastic trim and wheel wells to give it a deep black shine.

14. We will then inspect the vehicle again for all scratches and measure the thickness of the paint with a NEX Diag Professional Paint Thickness Guage to understand how much polishing is safe for the detail technician to perform and also allows us to be able to give you a report of your vehicles paint condition.

15. Oberks Supreme Cut Polishing Compound is used for a complete compound polish to be performed on the exterior paint. This cuts the paint down to a smooth level and removes medium to major paint defects.

16. Oberks Supreme Polishing Compound is used for a finishing polish of the exterior paint. This polishes the paint to safely remove minor imperfections and fine scratches.

17. A 1-year Graphene Coating from Jax Wax is used to coat the exterior paint, windows, and wheels providing 1-year+ of protection.

18. We proceed to clean the exterior windows with Meguiar’s Glass Cleaner and clean microfiber towels.

19. A 20-minute quality control check is performed to double-check all of the above steps were done correctly and completely.

20. We finish up the service by packing up all supplies and notifying the client of the job completion and we encourage the client to inspect the vehicle to verify satisfaction requirements were met.

21. The transaction is completed by way of online payment or credit card in person.

C.Quartz UK 3.0 Ceramic Coating:

approximately 16-24 hours depending on the severity of paint defects and the size of the vehicle

1. We inspect the vehicle for scratches and damage prior to service.

2. We fill up 2 buckets, one with clean water, and one with soapy water (2-Bucket method)

3. We spray CarPro Iron Remover to remove iron decontaminants from the paint, wheels, and windows.

4. We start by rinsing the exterior of the car off with deionized water.

17. We then begin the coating portion of the service by encapsulating the vehicle in a 10’ x 20’ canopy setup that shelters it on all sides from UV elements and provides a dust-free enclosure.

18. Using C.Quartz UK 3.0 Ceramic Coating, 2 coatings are applied to the paint, wheels, glass, and door jambs. We start with each panel and wait an hour for the coatings to finish curing. We accomplish this in an efficient manner by doing one panel at a time and then adding the second coating in a similar fashion after the coating has cured on each panel for at least one hour.

19. A 20-minute quality control check is performed to double-check all of the above steps were done correctly and completely.

20. The vehicle is now protected for 3-5 years depending on how the vehicle is cared for.

    • Please do not allow the vehicle to get wet for 1 week to allow the ceramic coating to fully cure properly.

21. The client is invited to see their newly protected vehicle and payment can be made online or by credit card in person.

Interior Restoration:

approximately 4 - 16 hours depending on the interior condition and size

The Interior Restoration service includes all of the interior detail steps but also goes above and beyond with in-depth cleaning by repeating the carpet extraction and steam cleaning steps in the interior detail service until all surfaces and stains are cleaned to their fullest extent.

Interior Restoration is billed per section of the vehicle. A section in the context of the interior restoration service consists of each 2’ x 2’ surface of carpet and seats. Each 2’ x 2’ section takes 30 minutes to clean. For appointments that require more time, we will schedule 2 days for the service to be completed.

General Guideline of the Step-by-Step Process:

1. Two detail technicians will arrive on-site to perform the service.

2. We put on our Tyvek Hazmat Suits and P95 respirators for regulatory purposes.

3. We then proceed to vacuum the entire interior of the vehicle removing all pet hair, dirt, or loose debris.

4. We proceed to perform the 5-step restoration:

   1. One detail technician sprays degreaser soap onto the section of carpet or seating.

   2. The other detail technician is using a soft drill brush to loosen the fabric and activate the degreasing soap into the material.

   3. Steam is applied to the section to heat up the fabric and lift any stains to the top of the material.

   4. The section is then immediately extracted by the other detail technician using a Mytee Lite Carpet and Upholstery Extractor to physically remove the stain.

   5. The section’s fabric is then loosened again using a Tornador pulse spray pneumatic cleaning gun.

5. The 5-step restoration is repeated all over again on all 2’ x 2’ sections.

6. Restoration of headliner: we use the Tornador pulse spray pneumatic cleaning gun to clean the headliner using powerful degreasing soap to neutralize any odor-causing contaminants.

7. We then wipe the headliner with a clean and soft microfiber towel until any staining is removed.

8. The doors, panels, dashboard, seat belts, vents, and all various compartments are cleaned with degreasing soap, soft microfiber towels, boar’s hair brushes, and the Tornador pulse spray pneumatic cleaning gun as well as steam cleaning.

9. After this, we close up the vehicle and use an Ozone Generator Machine to additionally remove any odor-causing contaminants.

10. After letting the machine run for about 30-45 minutes, we open up the vehicle and let the vehicle air out.

11. After these steps are completed, then one detail technician will coat the fabric in Meguiar’s Carpet and Upholstery Foaming Shampoo to further clean each section and also replace any remaining odor stuck in the sections’ fabric.

12. After all the sections are cleaned, we use Meguiar’s Refresher which instead of removing odor, actually replaces any possibly remaining odors by attaching a better scent to the fabric at a molecular level.

13. We then proceed to add UV protectants and leather conditioner when applicable to the doors, panels, dashboard, vents, and all various compartments.

14. Then we clean the door jambs and interior windows to a streak-free shine.

15. A 20-minute quality control check is performed to double-check all of the above steps were done correctly and completely.

16. We then proceed to pack up all our supplies and materials and notify the client of service completion and encourage them to view their vehicle to ensure their satisfaction was met.

17. Payment is completed by way of a credit card in person or online.

Aircraft Services

While we can’t do a detailed step by step for these vehicles as each is different we can still go over the general guidelines of our procedures:

1. Mark off any sensors or devices that are sensitive to damage including static dischargers, deicing holes, and sensors.

2. Communicate with team members strategy and cleaning approach for this aircraft based off of internal training documents.

3. Using dry wash methods to clean the underside of aircraft to remove lead and contaminants.

4. Polishing is done while being careful of wing devices and sensors.

5. Ceramic Coating is done while leaving out coating unbenefiticial areas like sensors.

6. Making sure hangar floor is clear of debris, trash, and contaminants.

 Cancellation Policy

• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any service.

• Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or reschedule will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost to the card on file.

• Rescheduling any appointment given 24+ hours notice will require a deposit of 25% of the service cost. This is not an additional fee. The deposit will go towards the total service cost at checkout.

• Cancellations due to poor weather will not incur the cancellation fee so long as the appointment is rescheduled.

• Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
