Oxidation Removal

We offer oxidation removal to remove faded and dull RV paint and return it to it’s beautiful wet and shiny look. We generally price oxidation removal at $30 - $60 per foot. We also recommend adding a protective coating to the paint after removing oxidation. The price ranges depending on how severe the oxidation is. Book a walkthrough appointment on our app, online, or giving us a call at 619-733-6995.

We highly recommend adding a ceramic coating which offers years of protection rather than months compared to a traditional wax coating. We offer 2 forms of protection:

  1. Ceramic Coating: a nano quartz coating that is applied meticulously by hand, inch by inch, to the exterior of the RV. This coating bonds to the RV paint to form a semi-permanent bond that protects the RV from oxidation and damage. Generally ceramic coatings last between 1to 3 years depending on the environment the RV is stored in and wash methods.

  2. Spray Ceramic Wax: a more economical alternative to the ceramic coating that is a synthetic wax that seals the paint. Generally spray ceramic waxes last for 6 months to 1 year depending on the environment the RV is stored in and wash methods.

RV Ceramic Coating

Ceramic Coating for RVs: Unmatched Protection and Longevity

Ceramic coating is a state-of-the-art protective layer applied to your RV's exterior, designed to shield it from the harsh elements. Made from nano quartz technology, this coating is meticulously applied by hand, covering every inch of your RV to ensure thorough and precise coverage.

Once applied, the coating chemically bonds to the RV’s paint, creating a semi-permanent protective barrier. This bond enhances the RV's resistance to oxidation, UV rays, road grime, and environmental contaminants such as bird droppings, tree sap, and salt.

Key Benefits:

  • Enhanced Durability: Protects against paint fading, oxidation, and minor scratches.

  • Glossy Finish: Adds a deep, reflective shine that keeps your RV looking brand new.

  • Hydrophobic Properties: Makes water bead off effortlessly, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

  • UV Protection: Reduces damage caused by prolonged sun exposure.

Longevity:

Ceramic coatings typically last 1 to 3 years, depending on how the RV is stored and maintained. For best results:

  • Store the RV in a covered or shaded area when possible.

  • Use proper, ceramic-safe wash methods to maintain the coating's integrity like using pH neutral soap and soft bristle brushes.

By investing in a ceramic coating, you’re not only protecting your RV but also preserving its value and reducing the need for frequent paint correction or waxing. It's the ultimate solution for RV enthusiasts who want to keep their vehicle in pristine condition year-round.

Pricing

$30 to $60 per foot depending on the type of RV, accessibility (liability and ability to place ladders in safe positions), and how many coatings you want (1 or 2 coatings).
