How It Works

How It Works

Our most convenient service yet.

1. Choose Your Plan

Select the perfect plan for your vehicle’s needs. Please note interior cleaning is not included in your membership, but it can be purchased separately in one of our detailing packages.

2. Schedule a Wash

After purchasing a plan, you can request a wash between 8:30am and 3pm by texting "WASH" to 619-733-6995. You will be asked to confirm whether you would like a wash right now or to schedule a wash for a later date and time.

3. Technician Dispatched

For on-demand washes, technicians will be dispatched and arrive within 1 to 2 hours after your request is confirmed. For scheduled washes, a technician will arrive at approximately the scheduled time. You'll receive a live GPS link to track their arrival.

4. Car Wash

Your vehicle will be washed (typically takes 10-15 minutes) and you'll get a notification as soon as it's done.

Note: We do not service vehicles located at apartment complexes or condominimums. Business hours are 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm. We do not work on holidays or blackout dates. Click here for current blackout dates.

  • Air Dry means we allow your vehicle to naturally dry on its own after the wash. This ensures fast and efficient service. Typically a vehicle will dry on its own within 15-30 minutes in direct sunlight. We currently service hundreds of vehicles each month using this method with excellent results.

  • Deionized Water (DI water) is water that has been filtered to remove minerals and impurities. Using this special water helps prevent water spots from forming as the vehicle dries, ensuring a clean finish. We routinely change our filters to ensure maximum quality.

    Fun fact: the same DI water we use is used across many critical infrastructure sectors like microelectronics manufacturing, biotech, and power plants that require the cleanest water possible.
