Clarity Express Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to Clarity Express, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Area Limitation:

Clarity Express is currently only available to clients within the following ZIP codes: 92121, 92126, 92131, 92122, 92145, 92071, 92040, 92117, 92111, 92123, 92124, 92119, 92120, 92116, 92103, 92104, 92105, 92114, 91945, 92115, 91942, 91941, 92020, 92021, 92019. If you subscribe to the service and are not located within this service area, your subscription will be canceled. You will be refunded 95% of your payment, as we retain 5% to cover transaction fees. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are within the service area before subscribing.

2. Eligibility for Service:

Homeowners Only. Clarity Express services are available exclusively to homeowners within the designated service area. At this time, we do not provide services to residents of apartment complexes. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who wish to park their vehicles on the street outside of an apartment complex for service. If you are a resident of an apartment complex and sign up for service, your subscription will be canceled, and a 95% refund will be issued to you, with 5% retained to cover transaction fees. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the service location, and services may be suspended or canceled if the location is not eligible under these terms.

3. Subscription Fee and Billing:

The Clarity Express subscription will automatically renew every month, and the client’s card on file will be billed on a recurring basis. If payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date, services will be suspended until payment is made. Clarity Car Washing, LLC reserves the right to adjust the subscription rate with 30 days' notice.

4. Billing and Proration:

All subscription fees are billed monthly through Square. At sign-up, any partial month’s services may be prorated based on the remaining days in the month, with charges applied accordingly. Once billed, no other proration or partial refunds will apply within any monthly billing cycle, except in the case of poor weather.

5. Service Description:

Each visit will last approximately 5-10 minutes. This service is designed for quick washes only; additional services are not included.

6. Roof Racks & Aftermarket Equipment:

Roof racks can restrict access to the roof of the vehicle, potentially resulting in a less thorough wash of the roof area. Custom installations such as grill guards, off-road bumpers, or other modifications may block access to various parts of the vehicle's body. This could lead to lower overall cleaning quality in areas where access is obstructed. While we will make every effort to provide the best service possible within the confines of the service description and service duration, we cannot guarantee the same level of cleaning quality in these areas. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Clarity Car Washing, LLC is not responsible for any reduced cleaning results due to such modifications or installations.

7. Scheduling:

Technicians will be dispatched promptly after wash orders are placed. While we try our best to dispatch technicians as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee exact times of arrival.

9. Vehicle Availability:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible for cleaning during the scheduled visit. Clarity Car Washing, LLC does not require access to vehicle keys; the client should leave the vehicle within at least 100 feet of the provided home address for cleaning. If the client plans to move out of the service area, they must notify us in advance to avoid continued billing without service. Failure to inform us of relocation outside the service area will result in charges without a refund. If the client goes on vacation or leaves the area for an extended period, they will not receive a refund for missed services. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel or pause the service by notifying us via phone or email. The client will be charged regardless of vehicle availability. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if the vehicle is unavailable during the scheduled time.

10. Gate Code:

Clients are required to provide any necessary gate codes or access information to ensure timely and efficient vehicle cleaning. If a gate code is changed, it is the client's responsibility to inform Clarity Car Washing, LLC of the new code before the next scheduled service. Failure to provide the updated gate code will result in a missed service, and no refund will be issued for that missed visit. The client must supply the new gate code promptly upon receiving it to avoid service interruptions.

11. Service Limitations:

Exterior Wash Only: Interior cleaning services are not included in the Clarity Express subscription. Limited Cleaning Time: Each Clarity Express visit is designed as a brief, express wash service and will last approximately 5-10 minutes. For a more comprehensive clean, we offer mobile auto detailing services, which may be a better fit for clients seeking interior cleaning, detailed washing, or additional care for their vehicles. 12. Cancellation and Termination:

The client may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Clarity Car Washing, LLC via email or phone. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused services within the month. Clarity Car Washing, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Clarity Express subscription at any time with notice. Clarity Car Washing, LLC reserves the right to terminate the subscription in cases of repeated vehicle unavailability, non-compliance with access requirements, or other breaches of this agreement, with or without notice.

13. Liability:

Clarity Car Washing, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle resulting from services outlined in the express wash, nor for any damage related to services not included in the subscription. Clarity Car Washing, LLC is also not liable for missed visits if the vehicle is inaccessible at the scheduled time. Additionally, we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions on the vehicle, such as rust, chips, or worn paint, that may deteriorate further during regular cleaning. Clarity Car Washing, LLC carries liability insurance to cover damages caused directly by our negligence.

14. Customer Responsibilities - Maintenance and Condition of Vehicle:

Clarity Car Washing, LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions on the vehicle, including but not limited to rust, paint wear, or surface deterioration.

15. Agreement and Acknowledgment:

By entering your name at the beginning of this form or checkout, you confirm that you are the individual responsible for agreeing to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The person whose name is provided on this form will be held responsible for any obligations, including payment and compliance with the service terms.
